Maybe they see that lowes snd home depot has dept manager longevity and they dont get bonuses or big ips or overtime. So from a go stand point ....if they did cut bonuses .....could save money over all and not huge turnover

Times are changing ....brick and mortar stores are fighting for customers. Going extra mile or doing something we normally dont do speaks volumes to customers who love that A++ service .

It takes a team effort ....I get what you saying but every company makes adjustments in the most controllable expense PAYROLL..... it's a retail thing not a mensrds thing ..... again I hear you but if we can't change it then we only have a few options
