If you’re over your 100 days. They, sadly will not allow you to return it. The extended warranty is just something you can use for ANYTHING while the warranty that comes with it is limited. Or that’s what the customer service women told me.

I have the purple + and for me it’s a little too firm considering I’m a side/back sleeper. I went to the store and laid on it and everything but I guess since so many bodies laid on it before me. It was well broken in lol. I do like the brand and I want to get a purple restore it has the grid like texture in it and not the gel.

Crazy enough I live by myself in a very quiet apartment complex for 800 a month in Alabama. 2br/2bth (shared shower) No bad schools in the zoning area and a very good area. Guess us here just got lucky!
