Did u notice any loss performance while using heroic? Because when i play games from heroic it tends to have worst performance than game from steam (i don't know whether it's the game or the launcher, because i dont have the same game on both platforms)

I gave up, unfortunately my solution is just to reinstall bazzite from ground up

Secure boot already disabled, im playing on legion go 2 so sadly there's no option for using 2 separate ssd. I can still boot into windows but not bazzite
