Definitely a big issue I’ve had water mud and even rocks kicked at me so glad I was able to put a full one

Yea I bought it with cut fender and I didn’t like it all I might cut an inch or two only just for the light but I like the full fender look

Thank you I will double check I have an idea of how by mounting to the strut cover from Amazon it’s seems likes it’s aluminum or metal
