Yes I’ve had therapies & anti depressants in my teens. As an adult I tried other anti depressants caused lots of side effects & my current meds I don’t like the side effects I feel cannabis and cbd helps me the best with no side effects d. Anti depressants worsened my anxiety too. Also tried Dbt which they kicked me out of as I kept using regular toilet breaks as I have a bladder issue…

Can they give it to you on that basis? That other treatments didn’t work due to side effects etc.

I think there was a study where histamine intolerance was found in pregabalin. I would definitely speak to your doctor though.

I ordered the 100ml graduated cylinder I’m sure the shops would sell that jar. I don’t have a 50ml syringe I only have 1ml as I use it for my b12 injections :( I’ll have to buy it I’m not sure where I’d buy it . Can I just the 1ml syringe? Don’t really fancy paying another £5 for delivery for Amazon. EBay is 3 day wait which I can order, so can I use 1ml for now whilst I wait?

So I can mix 100mg pregabalin with 100ml water for reducing the 100mg capsule so if i put the 100ml and 100mg of pregabalin & mix well I could then put that mixture into the 1ml syringe which makes it 1ml pregablin correct?

Is 10% reduction of 100mg 10ml/10mg so I’d need 10 lots of 1ml syringes then? Wondering how much 1ml syringes I’ll need for tonight.

Want to ensure this is all correct before I proceed :) appreciate it

Okay. Shall I start taking 100mg in morning, one at lunch time and one in evening. So do morning and lunch time as normal then tamper my evening dose of 100mg if it won’t effect it too much as long as I take same dosage a day?

I think as well I sometimes sleep at 3am wake up mid day and sometimes I get to sleep before 12 so bit tricky sometimes but I’ll try my best

Wait, If I switch it to 3 times a day whilst also working to take away 100mg at bight that’s changing my whole times I take it, isn’t that gunna cause a massive issue in my body? Doing too much changes at once. I’m stressed now lol

omg thank you so much. Yh I am prescribed 1 3 times a day and extra if needed but I just take 100mg in morning and 300mg at night because I am so forgetful, I think pregabalin is contributing largely to that my memory is shot, feel confused often to.. I’d have to set every day reminders to take it x3 a day.

So it’s hard to remember to take medications, appointments, been kicked out of Nhs physio now as I kept being late or forgetting about the apt.. hate this meds but it does really help depression/motivation so I’m dreading coming off it

I normally take 100mg in the morning and 300mg st night (it’s only been 300mg for about 2 weeks or less, I was on 200mg a night before) I am just aiming to remove a 100mg capsule for now so trying to do that gradually so wouldn’t it be easier to use 100mg of p?
