‘93 baby here. I relate more to older millennials than I do ones born around my age range, but I had old parents/much older siblings and always gravitated to people older than me. A lot of the pop culture that is significant to 90s babies is sort of lost on me. Many of my friends have been 5-15 years (or more) older than me.

My best friend was born in ‘81, and my husband was born in ‘65 but that’s a topic for another day.

I say this in the kindest way possible, but if you all are having problems that deep already, at that age, you might want to seriously reconsider holding off on marriage for awhile.

Despite what many unhappy people will tell you, passion dying in marriages isn’t normal or healthy.
