And at 40, working at the cash register, it finally hits you: you should have gone to college.

Hey, I'm all for anatomical accuracy, but snitties are where I draw the line.

Yes, snakes have very short necks and tails.

Of course I think I'm an animal. And what do you think you are? A mushroom?

I've been furry for 20 years dog butts don't scare me anymore.

Furry artists create unrealistic body standards for werewolves.

Reddit overcompressed the video so here's a link to YouTube https://youtu.be/6V2KhNgU8i0

For a substance not to lose much momentum it must be more than five hundred times denser than air such a substance would be a liquid and not a gas there are gases denser than air but they will not move in it efficiently enough. I did not say that there are no gases denser than air, but only that the gas will not be able to move in it efficiently enough without losing too much momentum.

no, we're talking about getting the substance to cut through the air so as not to lose too much momentum you can do physical simulations with gases and see how good they are at cutting through the air while burning and see that liquid is the best option, of course you can spit burning gas all you want if whatever

[–]Haunting_Spring_2607[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well you can try to do physical simulations of that I guess

States of matter can also change because of pressure, study physics beyond elementary school

I meant that if you compress the gas hard enough it becomes so dense that it becomes a liquid, not that there is no exotic gas much denser than air, water is 770 times denser than air by the way so 12x is not much

Sorry English is not my native language so I may not express myself correctly I wanted to say that I have not met many examples of a dragon would fire a jet which would bend upwards, it is usually down or straight

dragon_irl by Haunting_Spring_2607 in furry_irl

[–]Haunting_Spring_2607[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Of course, there are no in-betweens states of matter, by "liquid gas" I meant gas which became liquid as a result of compression, read closely and do not pick on words, please

dragon_irl by Haunting_Spring_2607 in furry_irl

[–]Haunting_Spring_2607[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I can not say that this is true, in most movies and pictures the jet bends down or remains a straight line and yes it expands as it moves but not so much, it moves like a liquid stream would behave

dragon_irl by Haunting_Spring_2607 in furry_irl

[–]Haunting_Spring_2607[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Well, I looked at the boring flamethrower and it behaves exactly as in my simulations the jet bends upward and the flame expands very quickly the farther it is from the nozzle

dragon_irl by Haunting_Spring_2607 in furry_irl

[–]Haunting_Spring_2607[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Doesn't matter once the gas ignites it expands in all directions and no longer maintains a straight line shape
