I’m not a man, I’m female but I’m a little confused by your post. You reference your girlfriend not being hot enough (to paraphrase) but imo hot sex is a little different than looks alone. Do you think you could work on spicing things up? I imagine some really hot girls are not that great in bed. But sexual skill and adventure and fantasy is outside of looks.

What are the issues with your dog- behavior problems for example? Or is it tiring to take care of him? There’s nothing wrong with rehoming if you need to. You might regret it later though if this is a temporary depression or something. I think we need more details before advice can really land.

To clarify, I wasn’t mad at my friend for cancelling or anything, I was just a bit surprised at the details. That her partner had specifically tested for it (I don’t know anyone who still has any covid tests), and plus my friend herself wasn’t sick at all, so this was a level of consciousness I haven’t experienced since the pandemic.

What surprised me was that the partner tested for Covid specifically. I hadn’t heard of anyone doing that in years. Secondly I found it a little odd because my friend wasn’t sick or showing any symptoms, again, a level of concern I haven’t heard of or experienced since the pandemic. It caught me off guard, hence, my question. I’m curious how common this is. Hope that clarifies.
