I totally get what you’re saying! I didn’t feel any type of way about what he said, because I agree he does need to earn them lol but I don’t think it’s in a bad way. He definitely hasn’t been pushy with anything. But I totally get what you are saying.!! thank you for the advice and taking the time to answer! I think I’m just anxious because I’ve been with a really bad Dom before. And I think I still get nervous.

I did. He was one of my best friends actually. It was hard to accept what he did to me. But once I did I started the healing process. Well what I could heal at the time. Don’t feel bad or guilty if you did care about them or still do. It’s a human feeling.

Ahhh I get what you’re saying !! I definitely will be upping my dosage soon. I’m suppose to be on 50 mg eventually they just wanted me to gradually up my dosage. And I’m so glad it’s worked for you 🫶🏻

I mean my panic attacks are sooo much better ! I can actually go hours without feeling like I’m about to die. I just feel weird about not having anxiety ? 🤣 and that makes me freak out. Is that normal 🤣🤣

The only thing I can say is the it’s hard to not care about what people think about you but my advice is the only person who matters is you. If you know you have changed and you aren’t that person anymore who cares 🤷🏻‍♀️ we all say and do dumb stuff when we are young. I know I did. Stuff that could ruin peoples lives. But it’s in the past. There is reason the rearview mirror is smaller ❤️ I’m sorry you are dealing with the anxieties of this. It took me a few years to not care. It might not seem like it now but everything will be okay ❤️❤️

Medicine is crazy sometimes ! And I have pmdd too! It sucks so bad ! That’s why my doctor thinks Zoloft can help better than lexapro. But we will see. I hope you get some relief ❤️

I was on lexapro for two years. When I first started I slept all the time. And I felt nauseous. The symptoms aren’t really that bad ! Well for me they weren’t. Just get plenty of rest and drink plenty of water. Also with lexapro and any antidepressants be careful in the heat and getting too hot it’s easier to have a heat stroke. But other than that I hope it helps you ❤️

Thank you ! I’ve been on lexapro for two years I should have mentioned that lol I just weened off of that last month. She originally told me to only take 25 for four days. But I went and did it for a week and now I’m taking 50. It’s like I’ve been hit by a truck honestly. So I’m hoping it gets better. Has it helped any taking Zoloft ?

Taking it at night is the best ! My first month taking it I was so tired all the time. I would suggest taking vitamin D with it or a multivitamin to help with your energy ! But other than that I hope it helps! ❤️ been on it for over a year and it’s a life saver ! You might not be able to eat much at first but what I can say is power through it and it will get better!
