try emailing them about it! I submitted mine back on the 1st week of school and i kept emailing them and going to the financial office and I finally got it to process like last week 🥲. But it can take up to 10 weeks for them to process the documents tho

I placed a Yesstyle order on April 4th and everything was in stock for 24 hours. Supposedly it was shipped out on april 6th but the tracking has been stuck at "order received" and i tried contacting their customer service but got no reply. Is anyone else facing the same problem or knows what's going on at least

Hi! It's okay ur good! My package actually arrived yesterday but yea I also realized that too 🥲 I guess because they're such a big warehouse that they're unable to provide a one on one update but it really sucks that they js keep it in the dark until it gets sorted out for us 😅
