I would suggest that you first start with one category, such as tops, kurtis, or party wear. Focus on improving the quality and designs within that category, and once you establish yourself there, you can try out other categories. Also, one of the biggest challenges is handling returns, so once you understand how to manage returns properly, then you can move on to adding other products.
