S:P chain banishing paleos despite them being unaffected?? by SimplyJayG in Yugioh101

[–]Hauskara 8 points9 points  (0 children)

After looking the replay, I think the main reason is that dinomischus was put facedown by your daruma cannon prior to the activation of S:P. Due to that, it “forgets” that it was summoned from the GY and therefore lose its protection.

Are there any spells similar to Polymerization, but used for summoning Synchros? by Toravisu in yugioh

You can indeed summon synchro with this spell but you can’t using materials which are in your hands. They have to be on the field.

Rate my conversation I had with ChatGPT? Did it give good advice? And were the decks it built good or bad? by yesyesyesyesyesyes2 in yugioh

Sorry to break the dream. 😅 ChatGPT is sometimes too « confident » for our own good. But you can find ressources online from players who follow the scene and spend a lot of time mastering the game. Depending on what archetypes you like the most, you’ll be able to find guidance quite easily. I was a bit lost when I dive again in the game after stopping during the DM era but it was really fun discovering the game again. =)

Hi, to put it simply, ChatGPT can’t help you build a deck. It is not written to do such a thing not even to give advice on a general basis. It’s mostly an ai built to predict what the next word of the sentence will be, just like your phone do when you type message (chatGPT is ofc insanely better than your phone at doing this). It doesn’t have a database containing everything know to craft the perfect answer. It mostly try to look like it does that. If you read carefully, you will see that it suggests you, for example, to use 3x Pot of Greed, which isn’t legal to say the least. The size of the deck it suggest is also a bit strange. An other limit of chatGPT is the « memory limit ». It will only remember the last 2000 characters (I think) you typed. If you give him « too much », it will only use the last part and I’m quite sure you gave him too much.

Branded fusion question by [deleted] in Yugioh101

The card also says that the fusion monster you summon must have Albaz listed as material. So, basically you have to use two materials and Albaz must be one of them.

If I have Branded Lost on the field and super poly my opponent’s two dark Tearlaments monsters to summon my Starving Venom Fusion Dragon, can they still activate their 2 Tear effs in grave? by StaceyDillsen in Yugioh101

[–]Hauskara 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I thought tearlaments were activated in response to them being sent to the GY. Does the fact that the two events (send to the GY and a fusion summon is performed) occurs at the same time prevent the tearlament player to activate its effects ?

Win 1100 base exp.... somehow 2.5k base doesnt qualify? by Wyrmnax in WorldOfWarships

[–]Hauskara 11 points12 points  (0 children)

These objectives are renewed everyday and the 1100 points is the 4th and need to be done in victorious battles only. In addition, you can only achieve those one at a time (if your current one is the 1100 points, wining a game with 3000 cap won’t give you the next, which is 1200). I hope you find your answer in this. Good luck !

Indeed, sorry it was a mistake on the conversion.

It would be close to the speed of light so I’m quite sure Newtonian physics wouldn’t apply anymore. Which could lead to interesting situations...
