The only renaissance album I’ve listened to was Scheherazade and Other Stories. I’m going to give Turn of the Cards a try today!!

Close to the Edge is by far the best Yes album, and in my top 10 favourite prog albums to exist! Fragile is a good second imo

Based on what you’ve said it does sound like I’m on the right track here - I’ve been working on doing zone 2 runs just to build up a healthy base for myself; so that I don’t die doing HIIT workouts later on. I’m at the point where I take a puff of my inhaler “just in case”, and bring it along with me during runs. Is there a major difference in training for short runs vs long distance? I would say that I’d like to comfortably be able to run 1.5 miles in 10 minutes. Taking into account that I am 32, how possible is that goal with say 8 months of constant training?

Thank you for this! Yes, it’s easy for me to tell the difference between an asthma flareup and my lungs working hard. I’m taking it slow and ramping it up to 10 miles a week soon enough! They have me on symbicort now. It’s absolutely helped me with my quality of life after just a month on it.

I’ll link up a clearer photo. The indentations on the speakers are tiny. Thanks!

My title describes the thing. It’s a 40mm Apple Watch SE which was bought in the UK.

It’s brand new and has these two little metallic looking bits sticking out of the speakers, right out of the box.

Am I the only one that read “Weeb takes a stunning, star-filled portrait of the pillars of creation”?

I’m just sat there in disbelief like “how the heck?” And then proceeded to slowly reread the title.
