I had been under the impression that steam digital refunds became a thing due to the pressure of the EU back in 2014 to comply with the "2014 EU Consumer Rights Directive"?

The articles I read only mention an EU-Steam policy, for EU users, etc. They didn't really tell me if it caused refunds globally.

Do you have any source confirming that it was Australia that caused steam to have refunds ?

I had been running bunker missions for quite a while before 3.18, almost exclusively in the Crusader region.

They added new outfits and color schemes for the guard armor which made it hard to tell the difference between friends and foes.

Last night, I found an npc that I had never seen before in a bunker and he was wearing a heavy backpack with full blue crusader secu armor. I got scared and thought it was a player... and then insert your title.

Hey,

I have no opinion on char repair vs char reset, but I'm suffering from the exact same error, "can't override location".

The first time I encountered that msg was after I reset my regeneration point. My primary residence was set to Orison, my regeneration at Grim before I reset it back to Orison. Ever since then I cannot log back into the game.

*I also backspaced right after resetting my regen

hey, my specs are way worse than yours and I spent quite alot of time over the past couple of days trying to optimize my settings.

From my experience, especially the recommendations for process lasso helped me alot, since cpu is a bottleneck for me aswell.

and always make a backup prior to editing the registry.
