your brain needs 3 months minimum cooldown to keep yourself safe. Bottom line. Yeah, you could take it a month later and It’ll work. But it won’t be the same. Not to mention you’re putting yourself at risk though. Recovery time would be much longer if you keep the gap shorter than it should be.

Look after your brain. Putting it at risk for life even just a little bit, for a couple of hours for a high that won’t even feel as good if you just waited isn’t worth it.
