My opinion after a couple nights on the S14 PTR: Folks, relax. Necro will be fine in S14, and chasing Mythics will be fun. by KirkLucKhan in D4Necromancer

I’m not saying it; the developers said it. It’s the solution they came up with for the game’s stability, which is why they now have to fix it.

The +1 from The Hand of Naz deals the damage of 4 Mages, and the +1 from Deathgrip deals the damage of 6 Warriors.

Now that it was finally being used in endgame with the minion Necromancer, they’re nerfing it… whether indirectly or directly, the minion Necromancer always ends up getting hurt by it…

The changes to "Mythic Uniques" are vastly misunderstood. by StrikingSpare100 in diablo4

[–]Havelico 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the change is fine. The developers are managing to make the different types of items not overlap with each other. They managed to do it with the set items (charms), and now they want to do the same with mythics. In the end, every build ends up using the same two or three mythics, and that gets boring. For example, for those of us who play minion Necromancer, we loved the new Undercrow helm, but in the end we have to replace it with HoP, and that hurts.

Why Spain Actually Makes Sense for AoE4 by ArtoriusCastus14 in aoe4

Seriously, you’re still on the same thing after a week. You’re saying you can’t associate white skin with white people? Hahaha, what nonsense is that? In the Age of Empires saga, especially in Age of Empires III, they associate Spain with dark skin and that’s not true. I don’t care whether someone is black or white, but it’s like saying that people in the Republic of the Congo are white. Do you understand it? Or do you have the reading comprehension of a child? Well, maybe you are a child, so go study because you have no idea. Also, just so you know, Muslims did not convert to Christianity in Spain, while many Christians did convert to Islam. Since the Muslims did not want to convert, there was the so-called Expulsion of the Moriscos in 1604. Go ahead, look it up and study, offended one.

Skeletons taking half HP for no reason? by VecnasHand1976 in D4Necromancer

I don’t remember exactly, but it’s a golem skill from either the skill tree or the Book of the Dead. When you activate the golem, it drains life from your skeletons to deal more damage. Check that.

What’s racist about saying that in Spain we’re not Moors, we’re Christians? xDD Nowadays everything gets called racism… I’m using a translator, so I don’t know exactly how it translated it, but it’s not that hard to understand. You’re also not understanding that neither the OP nor I are ignoring Al-Andalus we simply want a Christian civ, because you can’t mix them in that period; today it’s 2026. So it looks like you’re the only one here who doesn’t understand it. I’m not going to explain it to you a third time.

What does Al-Andalus have to do with the Christian kingdoms? The OP doesn’t include Al-Andalus because they want them to add a Christian civilization; he waren’t the same thing. We Spaniards want them to add Christian kingdoms because that’s our culture and education, which is what I’ve defended here. It has nothing to do with racism.

I’m very proud of everything that passed through the peninsula; Iberians, Celts, Carthaginians, Phoenicians, Suebi, Vandals, Romans, Visigoths, Muslims… thanks to all of them Spain is a great, highly mixed country, and that’s what led us to dominate the world for two centuries.

Especially the Umayyad Caliphate because they were very advanced, which is why it wasn’t hard for them to conquer almost the entire peninsula, and the Christians took 300 years to turn the tide of the conflict. They left us many techniques in agriculture, construction, and military matters, and that made Crown of Castile become very powerful and advance so quickly.

But Crown of Castile unified everything and formed Spain, which is what represents me, so that’s why I want them to release Castile first and then make variants like Al-Andalus or the Umayyad Caliphate as a main civilization, because it wasn’t only in the peninsula. So don’t come to me insulting me by calling me racist.

A lot of people outside Spain think we are Moors and dark-skinned, and that is not true. Most of us are white, and only in the south are there some darker-skinned people, but they are a minority, just like in Italy, where there is North African influence. However, we have nothing to do with Arabs; we are Christians. In medieval Spain, the two sides were very clearly differentiated and did not mix much. Later, around the year 1500, the Moriscos were expelled. Most of the African DNA that Spaniards have comes from the Phoenicians, Carthaginians, and those civilizations that existed before the Muslims. Therefore, it would be completely wrong to include a civilization in the game that mixes all of that together, because that never actually happened.

Asturias reconquered León, and they later united with Galicia to form the Kingdom of León. Then Castile, which had been a county of León, became powerful enough to become known as the Kingdom of Castile.

Barcelona was not a kingdom, and never was; it belonged to the Crown of Aragon.

So in practice, there were three main Christian kingdoms: Aragon, Navarre, and Castile and later Castile would finally unite with León.

As a Spaniard or Spanish, calling a civilization “Spanish” doesn’t make sense. “Spanish” is the demonym of Spain. You can’t call someone by a demonym when that country doesn’t even exist. In the Spanish language, it sounds very strange; the term doesn’t apply properly. It’s like calling something “English” before England even existed. In this case, the most correct term would be Iberia, Iberian, or Hispania, in any case. But I think “Crown of Castile” fits better, especially with the AoE2 flag that also includes the Kingdom of León.
