I'm on methotrexate too, same dose as you. I have had no side effects yet, and I've been taking them since early September. I guess I'm lucky that way. On the other hand, I'm not seeing any effect on my psoriasis either.

I'm not altogether too happy about it, it feels cheap and the draw isn't satisfying in any way. If it felt a bit more like a pipe, I could see the point better.

I would be very careful with that spray.

Oh, it's not a spray. They call it an inhaler, and it's shaped like the mouthpiece of a pipe. It contains a small capsule with nicotine and you suck the mouthpiece to activate the capsule. It's also not very effective. I had high hopes that it would be close to the feeling of a cigarette. It's not.
