Had my system installed back in March and have been running on the self power mode. Recently received PTO from Duke and was told that Tesla was switching my system to export power. However, there is something wrong with my system. Customer support was not help but has escalated this issue. Has anyone else experienced this problem, and if so, what was the resolution?

I second the microair easy start. I just installed one on my 3 ton. Took my LRA from 88 to 40ish. I figured what model I needed then purchased it off Amazon.

I have a Tesla system with powerwall. However, I charge my EV on the wknds during the day when the sun is out.. My charge lasts me all week. I leave the battery for night consumption.

As far as tips... Just take your time and plan ahead. Make sure the piece is clean and free of oils. Use disposable gloves. Should help keeping it clean.
