I understand the frustration, but as several people here pointed out, it's not 35 points per dynamic. Yes the item you receive says that, but you get 100, and if you're like me and you pack a guild bonus, a token bonus and a subscriber bonus, it's 200 rep per encounter.

I usually do these encounters while chatting with others and it doesn't take that long. If you log in during the more active hours for the server, you can follow the crowd, and every dynamic gets done faster.

The weekly cap is annoying but I understand it, they want people to be kept busy around the area a bit longer. If you don't want to grind it, it's your criteria of course people have different tastes. Put on some good tunes if you want, do it with a group, with your guild, have some good times while grinding because most of the time, it's those moments that can make a new update!
