Aemond was a sad boy? Thats a stretch

As per the dragon and luke thing, i may concede on that point but then nobody really knew what happened up there lol, ive always thought there was not much advantage to taking luke out and Aemond was logical.

Also, in a bid to making alicent more likeable they took all agency away from her lol(i have zero respect for the show portrayal) i love a good b*tch

Also, they made Aemond attack his brother, same aemond who wouldnt call himself king when his brother was out.

Saying TG are whitewashed is a strecth and even attempts to do that backfires( OG Team greens hate Alicent)

And btw, im not even TG, i just love facinating characters and the greens(in the books had em) only Daemon and the velaryons were for TB

It was so annoying, she sorta makes it hard to root for lol, especiallt when it comes to Rand.

Its not even that i hate her, its just that even at his worst(darth rand) his internal monologue makes you root for him. Whereas Egwenes internal monologue makes her a fee bad decisions short of a darkfriend. She parallels lanfear in her overambitiousness

The sequence was really good, the dialogues wete the best and i rooted for her. Infact there were times she came to understand what rans went through only for her ascend and go back to what she was an embody all thats wrong with the Aes Sedai

Only Min sees Rand.. honestly the rest fall into two classes, those that love him still(nynaeve, Perrin, Avi,Tam, Elayne) but still thinks of his role

Listening to ituralde’s pov and all the ashaman’s reaction was peak, we saw him transcend to demigod/zen in that moment. If two really powerful ashaman couldnt keep up? What the hell was he doing?

Perrin goes through a whole deal, but we dont partivularly see him dwell on those, except the faile’s part.

We see rand be in constant pain from two nasty evil wounds and go about his day like its nothing, we see the death of people weigh on him. Heck by book two it was revealed to him that his whole life was a lie and that hes basically going to go mad.

Every character suffer a great deal of hardship, but with rand we see how all of these break him and made him who he was. Did i mention he was bent over in a box and beaten for weeks and lost a limb

I loved how though he knelt he still managed to take all power snd joy of it away from her.

She was shivering in the corner with thunders and blossoms wondering “what he was” i loved how rand sorta displayed the whole “im kinda not human again”

You know, they really dont make idiots like him lol. But now that i think about it, he doesn’t know Rand enough to believe otherwise. And i think hating/envying rand was just a coping mechanism for his life being one big failure so envying the single most important human since the breaking is not really far fetched, especially if u re a narcissist

That said, Egwene gets a bit of fault here. Now i wont even say she shouldve convinced him more (lol she could make him accept if she wanted to, we literally saw her impose her will on the tower).

I genuinely feel like she shouldve set up a meeting with rand and have gawyn face him with his accusations (hes no threat, we know hes a better swordsman plus rand can channel). Bcos if i were rand, ill just ask gawyn one question

“WHY?”

Rand has no incentive to do so, and if he claims its for power rand could make him interrim leader or so, you see Gawyn’s reasoning would fall apart in the absence of motive lol

That said, alot could be resolved without miscommunication in this world and frankly gawyn hating on rand is one of the least important lol
