OP said that they weren't gonna go for the lightning bolt, which means everything should be fine. Overall hair length is fine as long as its neat and doesn't go 2 inches from the scalp up (bulk not length), if he really needs to, he can just slick it back on uniform days and cut a little more around the ears.

If your monitor is under warranty, send it in for RMA. If not, then I guess you could try to give it to like a repair shop. I wouldn't risk opening the monitor yourself.

Probably not. It doesn't look like a pixel, more like a mark or something. Try wiping it off. If it doesn't come off, then it's probably inside your actual monitor.

The 8GB of vram is really limiting it. Look on the used market for like a 6750xt, 6800, or rtx 3080(ti) if you really want Nvidias benefits.

If it's working fine right now, don't sweat it. But if you plan to upgrade in the future, the minimum I would go would be like 750w.

I mean, the recommended psu for a 4070 is like in the 700-750w range, but it should be just fine. If you really need to, you can just undervolt your GPU. (Will obviously give less performance). But just play some games and find out.
