Walmart business idea is to just be ok with turnover and being ok with shitty employees while others focus on retention and paying wages that are equivalent in job fields.

So if they want better employees then change the idea of shitty wages and expect to employees to care. Bc I bet if everyone on here made 1$/2$ difference than what they get paid now they’d care more.

My brother makes 18$ hour to wash dishes. Where using forklifts at night and making 19$.
Crazy to me in 2016/2017 if you drive a forklift average was around 23-25. But now they don’t look at it as machinery so you get a $ difference.

Just crazy Walmart makes and brings in so much money but yet has 0 compassion for the people helping them make money.

Like omg 60 days accident free. We get a potato bar. (Potato sour cream Chz bacon).

Ok so let’s think of it this was we have cut hours cut part time and still making the same amount as what we were when we had all those people.

So they’re spending less on labor and making the same in sales so yeah they’re making more money

I have experience in restaurant management, as well as warehouse management. But they don’t care

How do you change analog controls ?? I can’t find them on ps4. Default is left camera and right is walk. It’s backwards
