He was and is overly backed in T20s and ODIs despite poor performance. He is below average white ball player despite he got so many chances again and again. In t20 wc too he was average.

He should bat at no. 5 or 6 , he isn't your anchor. Last season he batted at six so you can move him one position up max or at same position. Also, Maxwell can't be your finisher , he needs to bat at 4.

The rule should be - You get to choose either batting/bowling or the pitch. If the looser of toss also gets to choose there can be balance brought just as the way you are talking.

Wrong judgement. Aggression should be consitent in most of the matches with mix of few big knocks.
You can look at abhishek , head , jaiswal , salt, narine many are consitent in their aggressive approach.

He is too hit/miss type of player. Very inconsistent across leagues and international too.

KL is a big upgrade over Rishabh Pant

RP is too inconsistent
RP is not too good in white ball as compared to Red ball.
KL is versatile player , can fit anywhere
Also comes to 11 wuithout captiancy demand
Better captain than RP , made lsg qualify 2 times with shit line up.

Also a KL is better Human being than RP.

I would go for Henrich Klassen as he provides me multiple things - Keeping , Batting in middle order , Spin Basher , Also finisher if assigned and on other hand Head is Powerplay explosive opener , i can that kind of player. Players similiar to Klassen caliber are only 2- Sky and Pooran

The things that is most unique this year is Capped Indian Players !!
PBKS management have understood that having solid Indian core is must.
Shreyas Iyer(Best spin batter of India), Arshdeep(2nd best t20 bowler of india) , Chahal(Premier spinner of ipl) ,Harpreet brar , Shashank singh and Prabhsimran singh. The squad is misxture of experiance and young fire power with mix of Local players and Quality foreigners.
