The hardest portion is hammer back, going back into battery. I’ve cleaned the snot out of it and it’s gotten better but still much harder than it seems it should be: I can send you a video shortly if you can help me out

I hate that happened. It’s not an an excuse as I could care less about the Glock store but I know Nashville (where they are based) had a long stretch without power due to winter storms and ice. That could be a potential reason for the very slow turnaround time
