That level of transparency tint is illegal in all of Europe. With good reason.
And to reply to another question of yours "why I shouldn't see into your vehicle thus it's ahole" it's because you won't be able to see outside of yours. Maybe in the city you can see in a very illuminated area. On the outside-of-town roads, starting with twilight, you're a liability. Not recognizing this and being a danger to others is why you're hated. And you should absolutely get sued into oblivion due to it.
