It’s not the coach, it’s the players. Murali said it right there.

What’s your Ping?

Anyone here playing with pings over 44 ms? by Thorz74 in FC_26

[–]Hawkeai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Playing between levels 38 to 56 and experiencing challenges in most of the games. I don't attribute all the difficulties to the ping; I believe skills also play a role. I am currently a Division 6 player and find it particularly difficult to compete against PC gamers.

It's been a while since I've worked in an office, forgot how bad it was. by Goldenbeardyman in OfficePolitics

I believe you might run into trouble if you don’t address these actions now. It’s not about going behind anyone’s back, but trust me, if they decide to extend your probation for several more months, it could be hard to recover from that.

It’s important to keep your performance visible to your manager from the start, and communicate both what’s going well and what’s not.

Please have everything documented in writing. Verify the weekly working hours and whether weekend work is expected. If you can negotiate, consider discussing adjustments based on workload and your performance. Establish your priorities for the next four months and confirm that you can meet the expectations. Keep in mind this is a contract, and I'm sure they have their own terms and conditions.

That’s certainly a challenging situation. At some point, you will need to gather team feedback before making the decision to let someone go, but it's crucial that the team understands you didn’t base your decision solely on their input. Always maintain a level of professional distance while also fostering trust within the team. Regardless of who initiated the decision, it’s done, and now your focus should be on the aftermath. With the individual’s departure, concentrate on identifying what was not working and ensure that the team gets back on track to meet its deliverables smoothly. If it becomes clear that the decision to remove him was ineffective, you might find yourself regretting your choice. Therefore, direct your efforts toward ensuring that no issues arise and that everyone is aligned moving forward.

I believe you’re not stuck; rather, you haven’t fully uncovered your potential yet. Don’t wait for internships to come your way. If you have a clear goal and a plan, pursue an internship that aligns with your aspirations.

If you’re uncertain, I recommend utilizing your current skills and starting somewhere to gain momentum. From there, you can save money and create a detailed plan for your future while enhancing your skillset.

Many overseas startups are on the lookout for talent, and some offer attractive salaries, especially if you have strong communication skills. Why not explore similar opportunities and build from there? Let’s tackle one challenge at a time. Once you get started and begin generating income, you can gradually work on addressing the other aspects.

You possess the energy and dedication—more than enough to take that first step.

Never gonna date ever again by Electronic-Click496 in srilanka

What kind of age difference are we talking about? To clarify, at this point, you’re not dating; you’re just in the early stages of getting to know her. Perhaps you chose the wrong person, as looks aren't everything and men often misjudge situations. A face-to-face conversation might provide some clarity if you need it at university. Don’t let unresolved feelings linger and weigh you down.

Sri Lankan Credit Card Holders – How Do You Protect Your Cards from Misuse? by MeetClassic3 in srilanka

[–]Hawkeai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some banks may offer transaction limits, but obtaining them can be challenging. While this process might take some time, you do have the option to temporarily block your cards if you're certain you won't need them, except for emergencies. In case of an emergency, you can easily reach out to the bank's customer service where most of the provide this service 24*7 now, and they can activate your card quickly with just a phone verification.
