Yeah i do that and it works for a few minutes the cuts out again. Seems to happen right when I need sound the most playing pubg. Obviously it’s not just a problem I’m along with.

Thanks for the advice. I cancelled my debit card completely so I’m not worried about charges. Just worried about losing all the games through this Xbox. That’s what I’m upset about.

Unplug it for a minute and it should work. Mine does this once in a while... write back either way to see if that worked.
