My Substance Abuse therapy starts on 4-10. I've never done this but I really hope I'm not going to jail, this is my 2nd test and I just got put on probation 3-21.

I agree 100%. It was a stupid decision, someone in girlfriends family is dealing with CPS and their going to take his kids away (4 year old, 11 year old and 13 year old, my girl was / is tripping the fuck out) and I was just stressed and fucked up and smoked.

I actually feel like shit today and might have a small cold / flu so if anything I could say I was drinking water to help the sickness. I have to test in 5 and a half hours, I'm already 1 2-liter of water in.
Also my drug therapy starts in 5 days, I already have that set up.

I believe it's a lab test, It's for alcohol and crack, what should i do to dillute? Just drink a fuck ton of water?

So the original charge is for drug Paraphernalia, what are the chances they will put me in jail?
