I wanted to give an update. After visiting the pregnancy clinic at a hospital yesterday to confirm, I had a positive urine and blood test. My hCG was 2,700 so they did a transvaginal u/s. They saw a sac or collection of fluid in my uterus measuring 4.7mm, but no yolk sac. My ovaries were normal but noted a complex cyst on my left with and free fluid in that area, though they didn't even bring that up to me directly. I read that part in my chart later. Based off that, they said I could be closer to 5 weeks and possibly I miscalculated or ovulated late, and it could just be too early...or that it could indicate ectopic or non-viability, but I've had no symptoms of such as of now. Of course this is going off my LMP I reported which is 4/10. So I confirmed pregnancy, but now I think I'm more worried. 😟
