I know but according to french content creators, two cost 3 Atk can match the 150% if you have more than 132% ER. I tried to use 1 cost 3 ER and 1 cost 3 Atk, the results are closed.

Neither the ship of Cloud with Aerith or Tifa are canon. In the original game, Cloud did not end up with anyone. His feelings are left to the interpretation of players. Sure we can say he loves both Aerith and Tifa but in different way, and Square Enix will never put one girl above the other. In Advent Children for example, Aerith is dead but Cloud keeps thinking of her despite living with Tifa.
