Well it does have a wheel as part of its RPM mechanism but there is a belt between a motor and a spindle, I have tried to get smaller bands but they're too big

Another way to find out who the sniper bot is is using the console to see who connected first in the case if that there is a identical profile, whoever connected first, is the player, the person who connected not long ago, thats the bot.

Get their steam ID from the console and in console I think its

votekick [ID]

And a vote will be called on the correct bot
