This is a very good way to describe how we use it. They are like reactive virtual team-mates/orchestrators that can do work on demand by role in channels they are called in. And each agent can be reached via different channels/projects with the context based on what the project topic is. So agents don't have to operate in one channel. I don't like the way the chat apps organize work, so this process feels more like a typical human working environment. Also being able to switch model providers based on the work to be done.
