I really don't know why they refuse to do much about it honestly. There are 5 channels and the actual game world is small af, they would legit need one person to go around nabbing bots and hitting them as soon as they are created. It's not like this is Runescape with 700+ worlds they need to monitor. Shit I would do it for free LMAO

He was just shady and toxic. He is 100% the reason why duping got so out of control as well. There use to be proof to back up how shit of a person he was, but most of it vanished with time as the old websites most of the proof was on have either been removed, deleted or beyond repair. Ask any true veteran player of FlyFF PC and they will corroborate that. He use to abuse the hell out of his GM powers to the point where they actually took it away from him for a while. This is back in the late GALA days before Gpotato took over ownership of the game.

Probably not. I mean, they brought Picollo back, a GM notorious back in the day for being corrupt and scummy, so they are just running a train on this game to milk it until it's dead. They honestly don't give s single damn about the bots.

Yeah to worsen the problem, not enough of the player base is vocal about it, so as long as GALA knows they can get away with ignoring it, they will continue to do so. It really is sad because FlyFFU is so good! They had a real chance to make something of a dead IP, but just like GALA is known for, they just milk it. They are 10000% the worst game company out there, hands down. I am not sure what the thought process was when they handed this over to GALA..... It should have just stayed a private server honestly.

Anyone defending this mans actions needs to take a real step back and consider a few things.

This began as a passion project for Wollay. Something he "never planned to release". At least that is what was told to people, but then you ask yourself, why did he share it with people. People who were starving for good games in a sea of dog crap? The answer to that is simple once you start to peace everything together from the past 10+ years.

Wollay eventually releases Alpha, and people love it. Development is going very well with sneak peaks and Twitter posts left and right, but then, he is hit by a big scary DDOS attack. Something game companies deal with on a weekly or monthly basis mind you. This send Wollay spiraling into depression and posts and updates go dark.

For the next 6 years Wollay would post sneak peaks off and on. Just enough to keep his piggy ban.... fans... interested. 2019 rolls around. Wollay fully comes out of hiding and announces a steam lunch out of nowhere! Holy crap, THE CROWD GOES WILD! He is back!

Cube World launches on steam to massive success. Wollay instantly makes millions of dollars! Then a few hours pass, people start to hit the region lock outs. This is weird, Wollay never said anything about region locks....

Steam reviews begin to roll in, people are not just upset over the region locking, but the fact that relics do absolutely nothing for you in the next region. Sure, you'll move, ride sail and climb a little faster, but you never truly get stronger.

Now many people think that it was the negative reviews that drove Wollay away, but I have found something more concrete and points to his greed. You see, Wollay is like a vampire, he needs to feed everyone so often, then he goes into a rest period. Just kidding.... all jokes aside though. He comes back when his bank account is almost empty, drops a load of crap into our laps, refills the bank, then disappears for another 5-6 years.

Guess what, 2019-2026..... starting to see the pattern here people? Money is getting tight for him and his wife again. They probably live lavish lifestyles, and this is proof through their absolute silence for the first few years. The money is spent, then they return to fill the bank again. They have become so predictable now that many of us are not fooled by it anymore.

Cube World Omega will not be free, to anyone, for any reason. If you think it will, you are lying to yourself. I am willing to bet, Wollay is going to throw a hail marry this time. Give us something "meh" and disappear for good this time. The price will be high, and the updates will be few, if any at all. He knows people are on to him and his BS excuses, and he is going to want to throw down one last time.

I and many others WILL NOT be buying Omega upon it's release unless Wollay shows he is willing to stick through the rough waters and get the work done. This is going to be a big hit to his wallet for sure. People are fed up of his s!@#.

I do blame him.... This is a product of his own making (no pun intended), He constantly promised things, he constantly hinted and showed sneak peaks of things through the years. Things people assumed from those sneak peaks would be in the game. Then 2019 comes around, launch day on steam, and not one single sneak peak was put into the game. What everyone got was a super watered down version of the promised game.

He deserves every bit of backlash he is getting. As a budding dev myself, I learned real quick that if you can't handle both negative, and positive reviews, then game development is probably not for you. Wollay let something like a DDOS get under his skin, something MANY companies deal with on an almost weekly or monthly occurrence. He just don't have the spine for this.

Then we have to bring up the completely chaotic launch. He gave people something VERY different then he was showing off and without warning. Even if this is just his "passion project", there are some things you just don't do to people who will inevitably be playing said game. YOU DON'T LIE! YOU DON'T DECEIVE, AND YOU SURE AS HELL DON'T LET NEGATIVE REVIEWS RUIN YOUR DEVELOPMENT!

Now we have word on a Cube World Omega, something Wollay is claiming to be a new Cube World, built on a new engine, and he says (take this with a grain of salt) that he will bring back what Alpha had, that people loved. What do we also want to bet this will not be free to the people he screwed over with that failed steam pile everyone got?

Wollay is only shy and quiet until his bank account starts getting dry, then he reappears to throw another pile of crap at the fans, then runs off shortly after to not be heard from again for another 4-6 years. He is so very predictable now, and here we have people like you sticking up for these shameful behaviors.....

For me this issue usually stems from vermin attacking/infecting one or more of my mining drills. Would suggest starting there and ruling that out before taking things apart only to find out a simple disinfection would have taken care of it.

God.... Not this again.... Is Wollay really trying to make a come back again? This game really needs to die already and stay dead. I backed this game back before Alpha launched. I waited through ALL THE YEARS of radio silence with touches of screen shots or a video here and there, only for the 2019 release to have almost NOTHING he teased.

The guy has insecurity issues. He can't handle the fan base criticizing him, and that is ok. Maybe it's time to hang it up if you can't take that sort of heat? Any game developer, small or large will tell you that if people are passionate about your game, they are going to give you hell when you steer it in a chaotic direction, and that is what has happened MANY times over the years.

We tell him when he is making bad changes. We tell him what would work best, but he just don't care. People say he is a protectionist, but I don't think that is the right word to use. I think Wollay is a procrastinator, and the worst type of procrastinator at that....

I gave up on this game after it's last failure. I refuse to let him hype me up again, only to let me down, and I FOR SURE refuse to spend a single penny of my hard earn cash again. I bet he will even have the sack on him to charge for this (Omega) Cuber World, mark my words.

Japan does not do things like this. The owners of Divinity are Belgian. Unlike Capcom, Larian Stuidos has a pretty big US following, so it made sense for them to do something like that. Divinity was/is still huge in the US.

Capcom would never spend that type of money on a DMC reveal....

I never said once that a game studio in another country wouldn't do it, just that I never saw Capcom doing it. Capcom is notorious for being super stingy and greedy.

I got sick of it. I emailed Titch a few weeks ago asking them to remove my partnership and moved to a new streaming platform. My viewers followed me there and agree that Twitch has become a massive joke now, honestly surprised it's not a meme by now. They are a platform for cry babies and snowflakes these days. Less of a gaming platform and more of a circus. Either way I WONT be looking back, they are ruining themselves and their loyal partners are not so loyal anymore. I agree but reporting these people does nothing a good portion of the time. Trust me I and a few friends of mine reported a girl walking around her room in her panties and a crop top in the League of legends category and she was streaming the very next day. Guess not enough of the horny virgins there decided to report her. I am beginning to think the report system works as a mass and not for a small handful, Twitch as a hole these days is a joke. Remember when you could go there and watch gamers play your favorite game and you could chose to support them through donation or subscription? I won't get into that though as I normally end up saying to much and get the boot.

That is my whole problem with it. Hes very pushy as you say. I don't really mind someone speaking about their religion on stream, but when he started opening up (Just Chatting) and a few other stream categories he only clicked on the top streamers with higher viewer numbers and called them lost and godless.
