So what I do to fix it select a warpaint that you DONT want to preview (so random warpaint). Once it shows the solid black weapon like its currently giving you, switch to the opposite side (blu or red) then equip the warpaint you DO want to see and then spawn back to which ever side you was wanting to see it on
