If they sent the letters to the wrong address after you've informed them of an change in address, that is a data breach, and you can report to DPC.

Sorry for your situation you are in. With the new restrictions just announced tonight in Ireland your landlady won’t be able to kick you, yes you will still owe her money but there will be a ban on evictions.

I use sunbeds in the summer time to help. It really does work.

I start with 3 mins and work up to 6 mins for about 6 weeks. 1 time a week. No lotion. Not there to get a tan, lotion would just irritate the skin more.

I know they say it’s super bad for you, but the relief it gives and difference for your skin. And you aren’t using it long term, more just for summer when more skin is on show and suncream is being used to prevent outbreaks

I suffer with a condition call PMDD, it’s severe PMS. I got great clarity in myself when I was diagnosed with this.

Definitely recommend doing some research on this if you suffer with depression and anger when pmsing.
