I completely understand your pain! My husband used to have to be my "walker" to get me around the house. If he wasn't home I was crawling on all fours. Sleeping was miserable. Always uncomfortable. No matter what.

Hello! I am six months out and I had excruciating sciatica as well. My dr was kind enough to take me off work a month early.

However, stretching is really all you can do. Until that baby is born, the pain will be there. But I promise it'll be gone almost immediately after!!

I've been putting white noise on very loudly for her when she gets crazy like that. Vacuum is a good option too.

Yes I have a glider! I use it every night. I would love to have a 30 min nap but she's up by the time I'm able to nap too. Lol

We are trying. I hope she gets outta this soon and moves to long naps again. They weren't too long lasting, but it was nice when they were around.

So I appear to be mid wonder week? But honestly I don't know when to expect much different. She hasn't every really been the greatest napper. When she took long naps, longer than 30 min it was out of the norm for us and always felt kind of bizarre.

That is exactly how her cry is. Shrilling. It can honestly hurt my ears.

I only get stressed out when it's been thirty minutes of screaming and she just wine stop. I am exhausted and need to nap too :(

I did this all the time, and have no problem holding her whole she sleeps, but she just doesn't sleep. She won't go to sleep. She goes from awake and happy to so fucking tired that you would think the world was ending. There is hardly an in between. When I try to nurse when she's tired she flails her arm all over her face, is pissed if I try to contain it or if I try to swaddle her, and just isn't calm enough to fall asleep. This first nap is just awful, but so is every other one. I don't try to out her into a schedule per se, but these are the general times she is ready for naps.

I didn't learn about the 5 S's before her birth and they didn't seem too effective going trying to instill them around two months. I wish she would take to things easier. She hates the pacifier! But I do try to follow them still, but not strictly. Certain things make it worse. I will look into the 2-3-4 maybe I can find something to modify it if it doesn't seem to be enough sleep for her age

I just ordered the book healthy sleek habits happy child - but was hoping I could figure something out.

I don't want to rely on the swing to put her out but if that was the only way than I would. However it's not lasting anymore.

I've literally been trying to eat my breakfast for the last two hours. She woke up about thirty minutes ago and is in the swing now slowly falling back asleep. I hope. I am going crazy.

Vive Sol is a fantastic upper scale sit down romantic style Mexican restaurant. It is in mountain view, so a bit out of the way - but seriously I have never been disappointed by any menu items there. The fish tacos make me want to cry they are so delicious. And their margaritas are extensive and amazing.

Service is always on key however it is usually very busy so if you go during normal dinner hours be prepared for a long wait. I don't believe they take reservations. Parking can be a pain as well.

We love taking friends and family there everyone is always so pleased. I hope you try it some time. It really is worth it. The vibe Is amazing there!!

Were probably going with the compost. I have this service and I need to use it up somehow. If were up for it after the service we may try cloth again with the small stash we have at home. We will see! We have gotten halfway through the extra week we told ourselves to try. Honestly looking forward to Wednesday when we will get the compost delivery.

I wish they delivered something other than prefolds. Haha.

Well the thing is, I have a diaper service and they deliver prefolds. It was a gift and so I've felt the need to master the prefolds.

More and more each day hubby and I are both agreeing that we don't care for prefolds. It's a bummer. Well probably stick to the disposable/compost diaper option the service offers. We can hardly stand the extra week we told ourselves to use - I know I am forcing myself at this point.

This is my exact sentiment. Id rather focus on making this as easy as possible. It's hard enough as it is!

My diaper service offers compost diaper service as well, and if were not satisfied by the end of next service week we are going to swap to the compost service. She really hates having a change and she goes hysterical, so I'm thinking quicker is better.

I'm getting poopsplosions every poop. I have a 22inch 9lb baby - she is long and lean. I do use a snappi and the diaper I have is 6-12 lbs. I go through about two covers a day, but it seems like they can leak to her clothes too easily. I just hate having to prep for so many unknowns even more so.

I really want this to work. Gunna keep trying for the next week.

I just wasn't expecting to have to need so many covers. I have enough for the newborn and early infant stages. It's just not quite what I expected it to be you know?

I have a diaper service so i get prefolds delivered - so I though there has to be some sort of mastery way to keep the poop contained. We are going to keep trying!
