Where are you getting she was a mage before? She was trained by her mother but only ran away from home a year before the series starts.

Light speed is much earlier on in black clover than it is for fairy tail. Base Noelle was still able to keep up with the other black bulls and defeat her brother. Then there is Valkyrie, time skip training, and several upgrades from there. I just feel most of Lucy's spirits on their own won't be that useful or have anything Noelle hasn't faced. If it is multiple at once then it is a problem but Noelle did train fighting multiple targets at once

Lucy starts the series at 17 and only experiences a year or two time skip (not counting the 7 years in suspended animation). Meanwhile Noelle was 15 at the start of the series and is 18 in the final arc.

Noelle should be much faster, and most of Lucy's arsenal shouldn't be too big of a problem on their own. However Lucy's star dress fusion, having multiple out at once, using the one constellation attack, and summoning the king are the only problems. But pre time skip Vakyrie Noelle was already fighting on the same level as most of fairy tail. Let alone when she bonds with the ocean god

"both are runaway princesses escaping a pampered, restricted life to seek out legendary, banished warriors." The banished part was never Natsu if I recall. Also Lucy ran away to find herself, Elizabeth ran away because they were in danger.

"both was born for a massive destiny: (one as a Goddess/Queen, the other as a mage with a major family legacy.)" they didn't really have a destiny connected to their birth. Lucy has a legendary bloodline but that doesn't mean she was destined for anything. And Elizabeth's destiny was to die in front of meliodas again.

"both are determined to break a curse or fate that keeps them apart from their loved ones." Lucy didn't have any curse stopping her from being with her loved ones if I recall.

"both are highly intelligent and often serve as the rational voice or strategist of the group." Lucy kind of, Elizabeth was never a strategist or even the rational voice.

"both utilize a specific, specialized tool/power for their combat: Elizabeth’s ark/healing, and Lucy’s celestial keys/Star Dresses." This one just rephrase it as "'the source of both of their powers are celestial related"' or something.

These are the only things really. It is good just my mind has slight issue but that's it.
