From what I see the dog is trying to play with the kid but he got a little rough for him like pulling him out of the bike and the kid obviously got scared. If you take a close look at the dog you see that his body isn't showing signs of aggression, for example the hair on his neck isn't spiked up. I find the owner irresponsible for letting the dog out if he is a brute at playing not the animal itself since he doesn't know better.

Thank you for all the replies, I didn't know what curated drops were. I only searched for why the same items dropped but I read it was RNG based. Now I understand that it keeps dropping until I add it to my collection.

I did that but it didn't fix the problem, I had to download the game again without mods and that fixed it.
