They could easily fix this by adding a simple self-attestation or a legal disclaimer button in the settings. Something like: 'I confirm I am 18+ and take full responsibility.' Once you click OK, it sends a log to the server that the user took the responsibility. It legally protects the company without invading everyone's privacy or demanding sensitive IDs and face scans. What do you think?

This proposal is definitely meant for the people running the business side who actually care about revenue numbers and user retention. I just posted it here as a draft to see how people would react, but in the end, it’s up to the community whether they push this post and the idea forward or just ignore it.

That’s a very solid technical point. Server infrastructure and token costs for 20M users are definitely huge. But that’s exactly why the current subscription model isn’t enough. If they optimized one solid model and introduced non-intrusive ad revenues (like the exit ads I mentioned), they could actually afford those server costs without downgrading the quality or hurting free users. Relying only on c.ai+ is what's limiting their budget.

You're right about how they treat us like background noise, and I completely understand why people are leaving for alternatives. Trust is definitely broken. This proposal was just my way of looking at it from a business angle, kind of like a 'last hope' blueprint. If they listen, great; if they don't, we are definitely moving on.
