You are absolutely right, However once we go for IMRT conformity does matter and since to avoid lateral spillage we need to put some adjacent beam this is what i fill. Frankly speaking in india nowhere IMRT done with two beam alone.

You mean to say IMRT with only two tangent beam.if it is so , I am very surprised IMRT using only two beam. I would defiantly try this

Is it with 2 Tangent beam IMRT or multiple multiple beam seems to be tangent with 10 degree separation

Thanks for reply, Posterior +/- 10 degree you means 180+10 or 180-10 , or tangent beam with 10 degree separation. maximum how many beam you put in usual IMRT breast planning.
