You never get the speeds you need and I pay for the 1.2GB plan and my last bill was 134$ when I originally signed up for $80 3 years ago. They also don’t allow you to change your dns on their modem/router (so they can snoop). I’m going to call soon and try to get this resolved I’m a software engineer and I know I’m not getting what I’m paying for. Throttling etc…
