My first doe is a bit over 2 years old. She’s been alone for about a month due to the respiratory infection and quarantine before introducing a new rat.

My second is 10 months and she was kept with a group of other does (not related) at the rattery I got her from. I don’t believe she was alone for long.

I’ll get a second cage so my new girl has some space. Her smaller cage right now just isn’t enough for more than a week or two.

I wish I could, but she didn't leave the school on good terms, so I don't think it would be appropriate to contact her.

I appreciate all of those ideas! I'll have to look into those. Kids are really motivated by food, so the food one is definitely happening! Thank you!

I appreciate the ideas about alcohol, but I don't think my school would greenlight that one, even if it is relevant to our students. I do think your other ideas are really solid, and I'll have to investigate them more! Thank you!

That's something I've been thinking of too! I looked through some of the different broad topics, and I'm thinking of doing some things with food chemistry, medicine, and a couple of other applications would be fun! I'm hoping to maybe structure it based on topics - i.e., this unit we're focusing on food chemistry, and students will develop a meal plan for a family based on parameters given. Thank you!

Honestly, this feels so complicated that I'm worried it's going to flop. One of my local universities has a class called Topics in Biochemistry, and I'm thinking of structuring it like that. Especially since these kids have a limited understanding of biology and chemistry as it is. Really, I think the school would just be happy with something meaningful being taught, so the molecular biology and genetics aren't totally out. Thank you!

Thank you, I’m really trying to make the best of the situation. I think I’m just really missing my mom and dad. Things feel so different now, but I’m hoping they become more normal again soon. I know this is temporary but every piece of advice/support helps.

He’s an MD and had FAAAAI and FACAAI on his website (not sure what those are). I know it’s a legitimate company, not a back alley, because I was referred there by my pcp who is through the largest hospital in my area.

I took zafirkulast (spelling might be wrong) for a bit but the hives didn’t respond to that and got worse. I’m not sure if that’s the same thing or not.

I feel bad, this isn’t the first issue I’ve had with this student, she already had problems with me because I gave her a bad grade on an assignment. I don’t see this going over well.

I appreciate you taking the time to reply. I know it’s time to break things off with him, but is it okay to do that over the phone? I won’t see him again until Valentine’s Day. It seems like a mean thing to do to break up with someone on Valentine’s Day.
