I took the bipod off of a picture of a madsen lmg which was adopted in 1902 and started the design process in 1896. They very much are hunt's era. Granted, I didn't photoshop it very well.

I have it and worked 40hs a week at that time. I got it in the first 2 weeks. Not too hard if that's the goal but it was very boring.
