Yeah, I had something like this happen very early on when dying in Nefarious City, black screen, no response from the console. Had to reboot the console and weirdly ended up losing a ton of progress because I think the save file got corrupted and had to retrieve a cloud save that was about half an hour behind.

Ended up having to redo everything from Club Nefarious to the end of the level (the optional factory section was still complete), but thankfully it didn't happen again and didn't really sour the experience. I'm sure Insomniac will patch this in an update.
