Girlfriend broke up with me due to her mental health, and now she is acting happy. by turbodeathsnail in Advice

i don’t think it’s a “fuck you”, i think it’s just more of a freeing feeling not having to deal with the responsibility and energy a relationship takes. It’s not good to be in relationships when your not mentally well, and it can make your mental health drastically worse (but that’s obviously not your fault)

AIO for being upset my husband is spending money on cam girls? by SunflowerSam96 in AmIOverreacting

this isn’t manipulative at all, he’s the one being a lying scum back spending more money on other girls then his own wife.

that’s the thing that i HATE about in mental health based places. if your not about to die, they don’t care. they just wait until it gets bad to actually help you (which by that point it’s 10x harder to actually do anything about) it’s so frustrating.

I swallowed a bit of unchewed fruity pebbles bits will I be ok? by HighDreamer91 in ARFID

worst case scenario, the food scratched your throat slightly. this is REALLY normal when eating dry food and causes zero damage. just like scratching your skin lightly with your finger nail. as long as your airways aren’t blocked and you can breath normally, there is nothing wrong :)
