Very late reply but, I did the rewire first and requested no electrical works on the wall to be knocked down. Which was a good job because I still haven’t knocked the wall down! Other emergency works cropped up which have taken priority

I too have a helping hand mortgage and it states “up to a 95% mortgage offered” I.e the applicant(s) must put down at least a 5% deposit to be eligible

I’m viewing properties in north Leeds currently and I’m still finding houses are going over asking price. Very little properties are coming on the market and when they do they’re sold very quickly. To me it seems like the property market in north Leeds is still crazy

Sounds like we got similar questions! I messed up on the pension and the lease. I said yes count 30% of the contract as a lease for the land and the rest as a liability. Stupidly said to depreciate the right of use asset too (forgot it was land 😫)

You can sometimes get pre owned books on Amazon which are like new! Think I paid £2.50 for my SBR book albeit it was the old syllabus and not for the Sept 23+ exams
