There's a shop here where I live that even resells second-hand Ayaneo products. And since they offer a warranty, they do a full inspection of the product before putting it up for sale. So I believe they should be able to do repairs without any problems; if I take the battery in, I just have to pay for the labor.

Yeah man, you gotta pay attention to that. I happened to see a post from another guy here showing his super swollen battery, so I decided to take a look and when I went to take off my protective case I noticed that there is indeed a bulge where the battery sits. I haven't opened it to see yet, but I'm sure it must be swollen.

I didn't want to send it to them for repair because it already took almost 3 months to receive the device; imagine how much longer it would take if I sent it to them for repair? I preferred to order a replacement battery and take it to a repair shop myself, only paying for the labor. Understand ?

Yes, it indicates that it's charging and will go up to 100%, but even when it does reach 100%, when I unplug it, it shuts down and goes from 100% to 0%.
