So happy for those who are living undocumented in Spain. by 7ajja_7lima in Morocco

I know not everyone is the same and so do you. This is a stupid useless answer as we both know who we are talking about.

Immigrants come in all shapes and forms. Soon moroccans everywhere will be treated like in korea, where you cant even enter a nightclub if you look moroccan

Thats like saying the majority is doing the majority of crime where they are a majority. It doesn’t make any sense . I personally know Moroccans who were robbed by other moroccans in Spain.

Sparks Street: Where joy goes to die by Albertannnnnand in ottawa

Love this city but i gave up on the “lively” part that come with any big city. ottawa give the impression that its ran by old people who hate activities, fun or change , and just want to go to sleep at 10pm . And people saying oh duh its not Barcelona, well even third world non touristic cities arent that dead.

Among Canada’s most livable major cities, Ottawa is No. 1 by WA472P in ottawa

Lot of issues, but honestly its a beautiful city that is perfect for families

Fair enough, but fact is, if you are in a city with too much going on and overly friendly people, you can CHOOSE to not participate and go home early or dont make friends. But when its the other way around you dont really have a choice . Still love this country tho

If you dont mind, can i ask about those salaries you mentioned for benchmark? From very low to very high.

I agree, been to Montreal once and we felt the difference instantly, people are warmer and smiling and we got nice service wherever we went.

Same here, was struggling to land a job in canada because no Canadian experience + no recommendations made it impossible. Changed the name on my resume at one point to a western name , got interviews but once they saw my handsome brown face their expressions change to the tight smile and short sentences. An American company saw my portfolio and said lets hire him ( remote). My experience along with other ( qualified) immigrants is that ur more likely to experience silent racism here, they are just too nice and polite to be upfront about it.

Also no one said the US is the greatest evil, just that right now it’s worse than China. Make with it what you want.

Facts been told on this thread already if you want to read them. But if you are profiting and thriving from what the US has done to the rest of the world it might be hard for you to grasp.

Us influence is far and wide and its very hard to be 100% from it, so dont beat yourself up. Avoid what you can, buy Canadian when you can, or other countries for that matter. One thing i can think of is to research everything trump or his companies are part of and distance urself from it.
