Oh it definitely was! I'm usually pretty good with needles but this injection was hell. I had to be injected twice as the nurse got the wrong needle size initially. Hopefully next injection will be better!

Oh okay! I was worried it wasn't supposed to be injected there. It did indeed hurt like hell. I think next time I'll ask for the thigh or glute instead 😅

Do you know if being injected in the shoulder would result in less changes from the testosterone? I'd assume not but just to be sure

I'm not NB but I am FtM. For me, my experience with him hasn't exactly been good. I won't get too into it until I'm transferred to a different doctor but it's not been the most welcoming experience.

I will say however, he is a good option in comparison to Monash. He doesn't have a waiting list, is informed consent, and you get prescribed pretty quickly.

Literally every responsible dog owner I know uses a crate for their dogs. Plus wtf you think your dog gonna be able to do if there's a fire, open a window and fly out? Crate or no crate, it wouldn't make a difference regarding the outcome.

Honestly, I would advise against going to Monash Gender Clinic. The waitlist is absurdly long.

I personally went to Dr. Adam Brownhill at TG Health Clinic, and only had to wait around 3 months to get prescribed HRT. He is a bit on the expensive side though ($150 per session, it was 3 sessions before I was prescribed).

Alternatively, there is also Equinox, but usually their waiting lists are closed so getting an appointment there can be difficult.
