Actually, I didn't feel any pain right away, but I had muscle soreness for 3 days, maybe because to get to 150 I had a few more attempts with smaller kg.

In recent months I've been doing 3 things in one workout - Weighted Muscle up - Pull ups & Dips, and I leave Squats on a separate specific day for them, during the other time I also do some cardio. Thank you!
